The Member Success & Fulfillment Specialist is a full-time, on-site/hybrid role based in Dayton, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting partner members with operational and service needs while assisting with order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms.
The Specialist will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, help manage inventory-sharing systems, support online order processing, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and fulfillment processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Support partner members with day-to-day operational and service needs
Assist with order processing and fulfillment for multiple e-commerce channels
Coordinate communication between members and internal teams
Help maintain and optimize inventory-sharing platforms
Monitor orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Experience in customer service, relationship management, or client support
Working knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in fluid power or related industrial industries is a plus
Tribute ERP system experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
