Deanna Nesbit & Associates is a certified woman-owned business that provides executive-level recruiting and HR services. With over 30 years of experience in various industries, Deanna is skilled at finding top talent for difficult-to-fill positions.

She takes the time to understand her clients' industries and the unique qualities they need in candidates, and becomes an extension of their businesses. Deanna's ability to establish trust and make candidates feel comfortable allows her to identify their career goals and motivations, ensuring that every match is a win-win for both parties.

Deanna's team serves clients in all 50 states and US territories.

In her spare time, Deanna enjoys spending time with her animals and gardening on her small hobby farm in southwest Ohio.
