Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. Able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and create a robust talent pipeline for our companys current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring that current and future hiring needs are supported, developing strategy in advance
  • Monitor budget, sources used and ROI
  • Proactively identifies challenges due to market or other issues
  • Recruit for a wide range of roles within the business
  • Sourcing of top candidates by utilizing various methods
  • Manage the employee referral program
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Crafting and updating job descriptions
  • Remain up to date on the talent landscape and regulatory changes related to local, state, federal law compliance
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g., time-to fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
  • Ensure that recruiting strategies and postings are in line with the company
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


  • 3-5 years in a recruiting or Talent Acquisition role
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Ability to create and present
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytic skills to interpret data and formulate themes and recommendations
  • Experience in employee development or succession planning is a plus!
