Territory Sales Representative – Overhead Crane & Hoist

We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This is a true hunting role focused on winning new business, expanding key accounts, and becoming the go-to resource for overhead crane and lifting solutions.
This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role. You'll be expected to prospect, pursue, and close.
What You'll Do

Hunt for new business across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and industrial sectors

Get in front of decision-makers (Plant Managers, Maintenance Managers, Ops Leaders)

Walk job sites and identify real opportunities (repairs, upgrades, new systems)

Sell crane systems, hoists, inspections, parts, and service contracts

Build and manage a strong pipeline—no relying on house accounts

Own the full sales cycle from first call to close

Partner with service and engineering teams to deliver solutions that stick

Stay on top of your numbers—pipeline, forecasts, and close rates
What It Takes

3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial, construction, technical sales)

Proven track record of hunting and closing new business

Ability to speak the language of the job site (you're comfortable in steel toes)

Strong follow-up and persistence—deals don't close themselves

Mechanical/technical curiosity (you don't need to design it, but you need to understand it)

Compensation

Base: $70K–$80K (depending on experience)

Uncapped commission (OTE $120K–$180K+)
