Job Summary
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering and project management and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards. This role requires effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members on construction sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities with construction teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations on-site.
  • Review and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • To track progress and documentation, utilize project management software such as Prolog, ProCore, and HeavyBid.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project status, address any issues that arise, and maintain safety standards.
  • Prepare project reports detailing progress, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Skills

  • Proficient in electrical engineering principles with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Prolog, ProCore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during project execution.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work on construction sites.
