We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent with a strong background in electrical construction to oversee field operations for new commercial and multi-family residential construction projects. The Site Superintendent is responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and quality-controlled work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site electrical work and field personnel to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to specification.

  • Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.

  • Schedule and conduct daily site meetings, monitor work progress, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation.

  • Perform quality control checks and inspections.

  • Monitor and manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and other crew members.

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to minimize project delays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction supervision, preferably in commercial and/or multi-family residential new construction.

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required.

  • In-depth knowledge of NEC code, safety regulations, and construction practices.

  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and construction documents.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and materials effectively.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, etc.).

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
