Service Technician

Position Overview:

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs and properties are well-maintained. This is a full-time, direct hire position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems in light commercial and industrial settings:

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems

- Install new equipment and systems as needed

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology and techniques

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Benefits:

- Competitive salary:  Depending upon experience Entry Level $20 to $25/HR, 5 to 10 years experience is $30 to $35/HR, 10 to 20 years experience is $35 to $40/HR and greater than 20 years experience is $40+/HR
