We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-level Technical Sales Representative in the fastener industry. This role involves selling metal stamping applications across the United States and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the automotive, agriculture, truck trailer, infrastructure, warehouse distribution, and commercial industries.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge and Consultive Selling:

  • Develop a solid understanding of metal stamping and cold-headed products.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients, demonstrating how our products meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop plans for expanding customer

base and market reach.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new lead opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product services provided.
  • Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
